ORGANIZATION

Before you look at some of the S/CAT Structure - read this article from the Grumman Plane News which features S/CAT in the DEC 1969 issue.....

I could not find a complete chronological record of the S/CAT

organization over the eight or nine years of it's existence. The very dynamic nature of the Apollo (LM) program was such that it demanded - many assignment changes, the use of Job Shoppers from other companies (IE. ARMA, IBM etc.), rotating personnel on temporary duty, and frequent internal reorganizations. The only "organization" material that I have come up with are these "small snap shots"of the rousters of S/CAT people that were contained in some of my old records.

The Test Teams were fairly large organizations.

This is a list of the people who helped run the LTA-8 Plugs-in

OCP 61017 and were given an additional paid vacation day

as recognition for a - "Job Well Done". The Head Test
